Monica Chapman
Senior Administrative Assistant, DER
Monica Chapman brings 17 years of customer service and administrative experience within the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. She has worked closely with healthcare professionals and industry partners, earning a reputation for clear communication, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning. Monica is deeply motivated by community service and finds purpose in helping others.
Jaycob Melton
Associate Director of Data Analytics
Jaycob Melton is a data professional and recent UC Berkeley graduate with a double major in Data Science and Applied Mathematics. With experience in data analytics, data engineering, and machine learning, along with two previous internships at the CPCA, Jaycob is excited to begin creating data-driven solutions that help improve healthcare outcomes for California health clinics and their communities.
Janelle Ramirez
Associate Director of Health Center Optimization
Janelle Ramirez is a healthcare professional with experience supporting health systems and organizations through operational improvement, strategy, and data-driven decision-making. She is passionate about improving access to care and contributing to initiatives that strengthen community health and organizational performance. A Bay Area native, Janelle enjoys staying active in her local community.
Seryna Serna
Senior Administrative Assistant, CECA and Operations
Seryna Serna is an accomplished administrative professional with experience in administrative support, client service, and event coordination. She has worked with nonprofits and is deeply passionate about serving her community. Born and raised in Sacramento, Seryna values strong community connections. She looks forward to continuing her professional development and contributing further to CPCA’s mission.
Joy Yun
Assistant Controller
Joy Yun is an experienced leader with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit accounting and healthcare finance, with prior roles ranging from Auditor to Accounting Manager. She has also spent time as a consultant where she helped small nonprofit organizations with process improvement and audit coordination. She holds a degree in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento and is deeply committed to volunteering for various organizations in her local community.
