Senior Administrative Coordinator, HCOLA
Denise Arellano is a bilingual, community-driven professional with a Master’s degree in Psychology from Harvard University. With a background in nonprofit work and college access, Denise is passionate about serving her community and helping individuals gain access to valuable resources and opportunities. She is committed to continuing to grow her leadership skills while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Vaneesha Krishnan
Director of Quality and Value Based Care
Vaneesha Krishnan is experienced in navigating California’s health care policy and regulatory landscape, specifically in Medi-Cal managed care, compliance oversight, and policy implementation. She has earned an MBA from California State University, Monterey Bay and a B.S in Health Care Administration from California State University, Sacramento. She is passionate about improving access to care and is excited to bring her experience to further CPCA's mission by supporting critical health care providers statewide.
Blair Monson
Associate Director of Civic Engagement & Community Affairs
Blair Monson is a civic engagement professional with a background in marketing and community outreach at the local, state, and federal level. Having served at the State Capitols in both Montana and Colorado and working in issue advocacy with several nonprofits, Blair is passionate about public policy and making a positive impact on his community.

Janelle Ramirez is a healthcare professional with experience supporting health systems and organizations through operational improvement, strategy, and data-driven decision-making. She is passionate about improving access to care and contributing to initiatives that strengthen community health and organizational performance.
