2017 Brings a Fresh Look for CPCA and CaliforniaHealth+
On August 1, 2017, CPCA launched the new and refreshed cpca.org website. The primary objectives of our site development efforts were focused on aesthetics, simplifying our content, and increasing the visibility of our programs. This new design allows for streamlined menus for both mobile and desktop, clear navigation, and a responsive layout for all platforms, providing our members and visitors an easier way to learn about CPCA and navigate the programs and services we provide.
Based on feedback we received through targeted focus groups, we’ve also improved the structure of our content so you’ll get more information in a quick read of the page. There’s also an entire host of smaller but impactful changes, all to make your CPCA website navigation experience that much better for you.
When we started the project we had big ideas for streamlining content. Our solution was to create separate sites based on audience and users. So in addition to the CPCA website, we have created a new CaliforniaHealth+ website that launched in late November 2017. The new site integrates seamlessly with CPCA’s, and not only offers information on the CaliforniaHealth+ brand but also highlights the role and impact of California’s community health centers (CHCs), information regarding access to care and health insurance coverage, and the popular Clinic Locator – a tool designed to assist the public with finding the nearest CHC in their community.
