CPCA Staff Highlights
Mental Health Month
May marked a meaningful celebration of Mental Health Month at CPCA, centered around the theme “Turn Awareness into Action.” Throughout the month, staff learned key facts about mental health and engaged in activities that promoted mental health awareness and self-care, including wearing green ribbons, enjoying stress-relief goodies like fidgets and stress balls, and participating in creative coloring sessions. Many also took part in Mental Health Matters Day at the Capitol on May 14th, showing their support for mental health advocacy. The month wrapped up with a fun and inspiring decorating contest, where staff showcased their creativity in both physical and virtual workspaces. CPCA’s efforts this May truly reflected CPCA’s commitment to mental health and turning awareness into lasting, positive action.
