May marked a meaningful celebration of Mental Health Month at CPCA, centered around the theme “Turn Awareness into Action.” Throughout the month, staff learned key facts about mental health and engaged in activities that promoted mental health awareness and self-care, including wearing green ribbons, enjoying stress-relief goodies like fidgets and stress balls, and participating in creative coloring sessions.
