CPCA’s 2025 Quality and Technology Conference was a dynamic gathering of healthcare professionals, innovators, and thought leaders, all united by a shared mission: to explore the strategic use of technology at health centers to deliver high-quality care.

This year’s conference was a resounding success, offering attendees practical insights and future-focused strategies. In particular, general sessions focused on how artificial intelligence may impact care delivery. In AI Unleashed, attendees explored how generative AI is already transforming healthcare – with real-world examples of AI’s growing role in diagnostics, patient engagement, and operational efficiency – and learned the importance of ethical implementation. Reducing Pajama Time: Implementing AI Scribing highlighted how one health center successfully integrated AI scribing into its workflow, significantly easing the administrative burden on providers, improving efficiency, and leaving more time for meaningful patient care.

In addition to learning sessions, attendees took advantage of the trade show to learn about the latest innovations and products available from vendors, and continued conversations sparked in meeting rooms at the networking reception.
